Use of TrustMyAgent.ca is limited to individuals who are 18 years or older. Real estate agents must be licensed and in good standing with their provincial real estate board and regulatory authority.

Purpose of the Platform

TrustMyAgent.ca is designed to help users discover, compare, and connect with trusted real estate agents in their local communities across Canada. Agents are ranked based on reviews, endorsements, responsiveness, and profile activity. We do not sell, lease, or broker real estate. We are an independent review and ranking platform.

User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Conduct: You will not post false, misleading, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Endorsements & Reviews: All reviews and endorsements must be genuine, based on real experiences, and not incentivized or manipulated.

Agent Profiles

Agents must claim and manage their profiles truthfully. We reserve the right to verify information and may suspend or remove accounts that violate our Terms or misrepresent credentials.

Premium features are optional and available on a subscription basis. Payment terms and cancellation details are available upon purchase.

Ranking System

Agent rankings are determined automatically through our algorithm, using public data, client reviews, and peer endorsements. TrustMyAgent.ca does not manually interfere with rankings. We are committed to transparency and fairness.

Intellectual Property

All content on TrustMyAgent.ca—including logos, graphics, text, icons, ratings, and algorithms—is the intellectual property of TrustMyAgent.ca and protected under Canadian copyright law. You may not reuse or reproduce any material without written permission.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, store, and protect your personal information.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any reason we deem appropriate.

Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that agents listed will perform to your expectations. The Platform is informational only. All decisions regarding hiring or engaging an agent are at your own risk.

TrustMyAgent.ca is not responsible for any damages, loss, or disputes arising from agent relationships.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes must be resolved in Ontario courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
